At Neiman Marcus, Santa has a side gig. All December long, you can find him greeting customers, hosting events, and ringing in the holiday cheer at Neiman Marcus Downtown Dallas. The remaining 11 months of the year, Santa — better known as Felix Estridge — can be found providing unparalleled service for Neiman Marcus’ most engaged customers as a member of the Customer Care team. Originally hired 15 years ago as a seasonal associate, Felix’s extraordinary customer impact led him to join NMG full-time three years ago – answering the age-old question: what does Santa do in the offseason?
Neiman Marcus spreads holiday magic across its stores by hosting over 1,000 customer events throughout the season – and Marjon Zabihi Henderson helps make it all possible. From Breakfast with Santa to White Elephant parties and gift personalization moments, Marjon leads the Brand Experience teams responsible for ideating and executing these activations. She also oversees the selection of Neiman’s legendary Fantasy Gifts and develops innovative, immersive ‘retail-tainment’ events like Neiman Marcus’ dazzling Bejeweled Ball. All season long, Marjon makes life extraordinary and magical.

David Hoey makes Holiday magic year-round – literally. As Senior Director, Visual Presentation & Window Director, David spends the entire year creating Bergdorf Goodman’s iconic Fifth Avenue holiday windows, while simultaneously overseeing a regular twice-monthly window calendar. “No matter the time of year, you will find us doing something concerning the holiday windows: devising, producing, installing, maintaining, evaluating, or preparing the next round!” David says of the process. A New York City institution that has earned international acclaim, Bergdorf Goodman’s holiday windows invite us all to experience the magic and brilliance of the season.

Anthony Suggs, Vice President, Supply Chain, creates, packages, and delivers holiday magic. In his role, Anthony oversees everything from packaging to inventory, warehouse processes, shipping logistics, and more to bring NMG magic directly into customers’ homes. Alongside his team, Anthony is a key driver in delivering exceptional experiences and fulfilling our legacy as the ultimate luxury gifting destination.
