Paul Brown is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Neiman Marcus Group. Mr. Brown is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Inspire Brands, a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes nearly 32,000 Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's and SONIC Drive-In restaurants worldwide. In 2022, its brands achieved $32 billion in global system sales, making Inspire the second largest restaurant company in the United States.
Prior to founding Inspire, Mr. Brown was Chief Executive Officer of Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. Prior to Arby's, he served as President of Brands and Commercial Services of Hilton Worldwide. Mr. Brown also previously served with Expedia, Inc., the world's leading online travel company, as President of Expedia.com and Expedia’s Partner Services Group. Prior to Expedia, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader of the firm's global travel and hospitality practice.
In addition to serving as Charmain of the Board of Directors of Neiman Marcus Group, Mr. Brown serves on the board of directors for Inspire Brands, Inc. and Georgiamune, LLC. His responsibilities also extend to the non-profit sector where he is a trustee for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the Georgia Tech Foundation. Lastly, he is a member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee.
Mr. Brown is an alumnus of Georgia Tech, where he received a B.S. in management. He also received an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management from the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He is currently a Fellow with the Culinary Institute of America and has served as an executive-in-residence at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

Pauline Brown is a longtime leader in the luxury sector. She currently is a Lecturer and Executive-in-Residence at Columbia Business School as well as the author of a business book, entitled Aesthetic Intelligence, published by HarperCollins and the founder of the e-learning platform Aesthetic Intelligence Labs. Pauline formerly was the Chairman of North America at LVMH Moët Hennessy-Louis Vuitton, where she provided regional leadership for 70 brands in five sectors, including fashion & accessories, watches & jewelry, perfumes & cosmetics, wines & spirits and specialty retail. During her tenure, she served on the board of L Capital as well as well the boards of several LVMH subsidiaries, including Marc Jacobs, Donna Karan and Fresh Cosmetics. Before joining LVMH, Pauline was a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group, where she specialized in investments in the consumer & retail sectors. While at Carlyle she served on the boards of portfolio companies, including the American beauty brand Philosophy and European sportswear brand Moncler. Earlier in her career, Pauline held executive positions in the cosmetics industry, including the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and New Business Development at The Estee Lauder Companies. She began her career as a Management Consultant at Bain & Co. Pauline received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School. She is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. In addition to Neiman Marcus, she currently serves on the board of the venture-backed intimate apparel brand TomboyX. She previously served on the boards of Starboard Value Acquisition Corporation and Del Frisco's Restaurant Group.

Pamela Edwards brings extensive experience in finance, strategy and operations leadership across a variety of retail brands and sectors. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Citi Trends, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRN), a retail clothing chain selling discounted products targeted primarily at urban customers from January 2021 until April 2022. Previously, Ms. Edwards held various roles at L Brands Inc., one of the world’s leading specialty retailers, including as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of its Mast Global division from April 2017 to September 2020, Chief Financial Officer of its Victoria’s Secret division (n/k/a Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO)), from 2007 to April 2017, and Chief Financial Officer of its Express division from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, Ms. Edwards worked in various business and financial planning roles at Gap/Old Navy, Sears Roebuck and Kraft Foods. Ms. Edwards currently serves on the board of directors of Hibbett, Inc. (NASDAQ/GS: HIBB), a leading athletic-inspired fashion retailer and The Azek Company Inc. (NYSE: AZEK), a manufacturer of environmentally sustainable outdoor living products. Ms. Edwards was also named one of Savoy Magazine’s 2021 Most Influential Black Corporate Directors and is NACD Directorship Certified®. Kris Miller most recently served as the Chief Strategy Officer for global e-commerce marketplace eBay Inc., from 2014 to 2020. In this role, Ms. Miller set the vision for the future of commerce and led numerous digital transformation initiatives to improve buyer and seller experiences. She is a retail thought leader, frequently speaking on topics such as technology’s impact on consumer shopping behavior. Prior to joining eBay, Ms. Miller was a Partner and Director at Bain & Company, where she served as head of the North American Retail Practice and Chairman of Bain’s Worldwide Compensation & Promotion Committee. In her retail leadership role, Ms. Miller partnered with global retail and consumer products clients to create and implement digital and omnichannel strategies. Ms. Miller began her career with The Procter & Gamble Company’s Beauty Care Division, supporting new product development.
Ms. Miller currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Compensation Committee of Grove Collaborative (NYSE: GROV). She also serves as an independent board director and Compensation Committee member for Chairish (Private, Series B). She also serves as a Trustee for Middlebridge School and as an advisory board member for Reflect, a mental health platform. Ms. Miller previously served on the Board of Directors of Cable One (NYSE: CABO). Ms. Miller received her M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with honors from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Meka Millstone-Shroff brings significant strategic and operating experience with omni-channel consumer-facing businesses, as well as meaningful experience as a strategic operating advisor and independent board member. Ms. Millstone-Shroff was President and Chief Operating Officer of Buy Buy Baby, Inc. from 2007 to 2018, where she led the growth of the company to become North America's leading omni-channel retailer of items for infants and toddlers. Concurrent with her role as President and Chief Operating Officer of Buy Buy Baby, Inc., Ms. Millstone-Shroff also served as Chief Customer Experience Officer of Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. from 2015 to 2018. Prior to Bed Bath & Beyond, she worked at McKinsey & Company, with a focus on retail- and consumer-oriented companies. Ms. Millstone-Shroff currently serves as an independent advisor to various businesses, including serving as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, since April 2019. She serves on the Boards of Directors of Party City (NYSE: PRTY), Athletico, InMarket and Aden + Anais. Ms. Millstone-Shroff also served on the Board of Trustees for Public Storage (NYSE: PSA) and on the Board of Directors for Nanit. Ms. Millstone-Shroff has an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School and dual undergraduate degrees summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and College of Arts & Sciences.

Gabriel brings extensive experience in shareholder value creation and developing creative financing solutions allowing for flexible capital. Mr. Goldstein currently is an executive vice president and portfolio manager at Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (“PIMCO”), focusing on private and opportunistic credit investments. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2018, he was a managing director at Tennebaum Capital Partners, overseeing the consumer/retail and gaming sectors. Prior to Tennebaum Capital Partners, he worked in corporate and leveraged finance for CIBC World Markets and in mergers and acquisitions at Barrington Associates. Mr. Goldstein graduated from Yale University.

As the visionary leader in Neiman Marcus Group’s (NMG) integrated luxury retail transformation, Geoffroy van Raemdonck is enabling strategic and performance-driven business decisions at NMG – encouraging and fostering innovative thinking and leading NMG’s growth strategy, Revolutionizing Luxury Experiences across stores, e-Commerce, and remote selling. Geoffroy was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Neiman Marcus Group in February 2018. During his tenure, he has turned the business trajectory positive, built a leadership team committed to digital excellence, and enhanced NMG’s unique ability to serve customers while Leading with Love at the highest levels to drive new, global growth. He has prioritized Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards throughout the organization and fostered an inclusive NMG | Way culture powered by the concept of Belonging and making life extraordinary. Early in his role at NMG, Geoffroy oversaw the management of MyTheresa, doubling its revenues which led to its successful initial public offering. In 2020, he led the company through a successful restructuring and debt-reduction plan, enabling investments in the company’s digitally-enabled future.
Geoffroy has built a career driving performance improvements and digital growth platforms at several prominent luxury brands in Europe and the United States and is deeply passionate about the art and beauty of luxury fashion. Prior to NMG, Geoffroy served in leadership roles at Ralph Lauren and Louis Vuitton and was Chief Executive Officer of St. John Knits. Earlier in his career, he advised consumer and brand-driven companies at The Boston Consulting Group in the New York, Chicago, Paris, and Brussels offices and served in senior roles of increasing responsibility at L Brands.
A native of Brussels, Geoffroy graduated summa cum laude from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium with a master’s in business and sciences. He later obtained an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1998.
He currently resides in the New York area with his husband and two children. He serves on the board of the Dallas Symphony Association and American Composers Orchestra Boards as well as a member of the Fast Company Impact Council and the WWD Global Impact Council.
