Paul Brown is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Neiman Marcus Group. Mr. Brown is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Inspire Brands, a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes nearly 32,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, Rusty Taco, and SONIC Drive-In restaurants worldwide. In 2019, its brands achieved $26 billion in global system sales, making Inspire the second largest restaurant company in the United States. Prior to founding Inspire, Brown was Chief Executive Officer of Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. Prior to Arby’s, he served as President of Brands and Commercial Services of Hilton Worldwide. Mr. Brown also previously served with Expedia, Inc., the world’s leading online travel company, as President of Expedia.com and Expedia’s Partner Services Group. Prior to Expedia, he was a partner at the McKinsey & Company. Based in London, he was a leader of the firm’s global travel and hospitality practice and served clients across the travel, hospitality, and retail sectors. Mr. Brown has worked with InterContinental Hotels Group as Senior Vice President of Global Brand Services and was responsible for global sales, reservations, the Priority Club loyalty program, e-Commerce, and purchasing. He was also a Manager for The Boston Consulting Group in the firm’s Chicago and Atlanta offices. For his leadership, Brown was named by Business Insider in 2019 as one of the 10 People Transforming Retail. He was also named the 2018 Norman Award recipient by Nation’s Restaurant News, a 2018 Silver Plate honoree by IFMA, the 2017 Restaurant Leader of the Year by Restaurant Business, and a 2016 Entrepreneur of the Year in Retail and Consumer Products in the Southeast by EY. In 2020, he became a member of the Wall Street Journal CEO Council. Mr. Brown is a member of the board of directors of H&R Block, Inc. (NYSE: HRB) and FOCUS Brands, Inc. He is also active in the community, serving on the boards of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the Georgia Tech Foundation, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee. Mr. Brown is an alumnus of Georgia Tech where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in management. He also received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management from the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He is currently a Fellow with the Culinary Institute of America and has served as an executive-in-residence at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
Pauline Brown is a longtime leader in the luxury sector. She currently is a Lecturer and Executive-in-Residence at Columbia Business School as well as the author of a business book, entitled Aesthetic Intelligence, published by HarperCollins. Pauline formerly was the Chairman of North America at LVMH Moët Hennessy-Louis Vuitton, where she provided regional leadership for 70 brands in five sectors, including fashion & accessories, watches & jewelry, perfumes & cosmetics, wines & spirits and specialty retail. During her tenure, she served on the board of L Capital as well as well the boards of several LVMH subsidiaries, including Marc Jacobs, Donna Karan and Fresh Cosmetics. Before joining LVMH, Pauline was a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group, where she specialized in investments in the consumer & retail sectors. While at Carlyle she served on the boards of portfolio companies, including the American personal care brand Philosophy and European sportswear brand Moncler. Earlier in her career, Pauline held executive positions in the cosmetics industry, including the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and New Business Development at The Estee Lauder Companies. She began her career as a Management Consultant at Bain & Co. Pauline received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School. She is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. In addition to Neiman Marcus, she currently serves on the boards of Starboard Value Acquisition Corp., the Parsons School of Design and the Wharton Alumni Executive Board.

Pamela Edwards brings extensive experience in finance, strategy and operations leadership across a variety of retail brands and sectors. Ms. Edwards currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Citi Trends. Previously, Ms. Edwards served with L Brands Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer for the Mast Global division from 2017-2020, as the Chief Financial Officer of Victoria Secret division from 2007-2017, and as the Chief Financial Officer for the Express division from 2005-2007. In addition to these roles, Ms. Edwards also served as a director on three internal L Brands boards of directors during this period. Ms. Edwards also served on the boards of the Columbus YWCA (2006-2012) and Children’s Hunger Alliance (2019-2020). Ms. Edwards was recognized as one of Ohio’s Most Influential Women by Diversity 1st in 2008 and has been a member of The Executive Leadership Council since 2006. Prior to L Brands Inc., Ms. Edwards worked in various business and financial planning roles at Gap / Old Navy, Sears Roebuck, and Kraft Foods. Ms. Edwards has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BS in Finance from Florida A&M University.

Kris Miller most recently served as the Chief Strategy Officer for global e-commerce marketplace eBay Inc., from 2014-2020. In this role, Ms. Miller set the vision for the future of commerce and led numerous digital transformation initiatives to improve buyer and seller experiences. She is a retail thought leader, frequently speaking on topics such as technology’s impact on consumer shopping behavior. Prior to joining eBay, Ms. Miller was a Partner and Director at Bain & Company where she served as head of the North American Retail Practice and Chairman of Bain’s Worldwide Compensation & Promotion Committee. In her retail leadership role, Ms. Miller partnered with global retail and consumer products clients to create and implement digital and omnichannel strategies. Ms. Miller began her career with The Procter & Gamble Company’s Beauty Care Division supporting new product development. Ms. Miller currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cable One (NYSE: CABO) and Reflect.com (private start-up). Ms. Miller received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BS in Chemical Engineering with honors from Carnegie-Mellon University.
Meka Millstone-Shroff serves as a strategic operating advisor and board member to a variety of companies. Ms. Millstone-Shroff was President and Chief Operating Officer of Buy Buy Baby, Inc. from 2007 to 2018, where she led the growth of the company to become North America's leading omni-channel retailer of items for infants and toddlers. Concurrent with her role as President and Chief Operating Officer of Buy Buy Baby, Inc., Ms. Millstone-Shroff also served as Chief Customer Experience Officer of Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. from 2015-2018. Prior to Bed Bath & Beyond, she worked at McKinsey & Company, with a focus on retail- and consumer-oriented companies. Ms. Millstone-Shroff currently serves on the Board of Directors for Party City (NYSE: PRTY) and Nanit. Ms. Millstone-Shroff has an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and dual undergraduate degrees summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and College of Arts & Sciences.
Geoffroy van Raemdonck is the Chief Executive Officer of NMG Parent LLC. Mr. van Raemdonck has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a board member for the Neiman Marcus Group, including its predecessor entities, since February 2018. Previously, he served as Group President for Europe, Middle East & Africa and Global Travel Retail at Ralph Lauren from November 2014 until December 2017. Mr. van Raemdonck served as Chief Executive Officer at St. John Knits International, Inc. from August 2013 to November 2014. Prior to that, he held a variety of global leadership roles, most recently President South Europe, at Louis Vuitton from August 2008 to August 2013, and executive leadership positions at L Brands, Inc. from July 2004 to August 2008. Mr. van Raemdonck spent the first eight years of his career with Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, and an MBS from the Université catholique de Louvain in Belgium.
Ed Woiteshek brings extensive experience in shareholder value creation, organizational effectiveness and company building with specific domain expertise in consumer experience, ecommerce, data & analytics, smart marketing, B2B services, FP&A, technology enablement and strategic planning. Mr. Woiteshek most recently served in a number of executive positions at Deliveroo, the leading ecommerce food delivery platform in 13 countries across EMEA and Asia. Prior to Deliveroo, Mr. Woiteshek was CEO of CarProof, the industry standard source of vehicle information and analytics in Canada. Prior to CarProof, Mr. Woiteshek spent 10 years at Hellman & Friedman, widely respected as one of the most successful and value added technology focused private equity firms in the world. In his time at Hellman & Friedman, Mr. Woiteshek was involved in a number of successful investments totalling $3.5bn and returning 3.6x, including: DoubleClick, CarProof, Scout24, Catalina Marketing, Kronos, LPL and Nielsen. Also during this time, Mr. Woiteshek was a founding member of Nielsen Catalina Solutions, a revolutionary company that accurately linked what consumers see online and on TV with what they buy in-store to measure and improve advertising performance. Mr. Woiteshek currently advises Deliveroo, Marxent (the leading 3D ecommerce enablement platform serving the high-value home goods space), The Pill Club (a leading all-virtual women's health platform), and a number of growth oriented private equity firms and start-ups. Mr. Woiteshek graduated magna cum laude from Yale University and grew up in Aurora, IL.
