Geoffroy van Raemdonck

Chief Executive Officer

As a visionary retail transformation expert, Geoffroy van Raemdonck is enabling thoughtful and performance-driven business decisions at NMG, encouraging and fostering innovative thinking, and leading a strategy of integrated luxury retail across stores, e-Commerce, and remote selling. Geoffroy was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Neiman Marcus Group (NMG) in February 2018. During his tenure, he has turned the business trajectory positive, built a leadership team committed to digital excellence, and enhanced NMG’s unique ability to serve customers at the highest levels to drive new, global growth. He has woven in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards throughout the organization and fostered an inclusive culture powered by the concept of Belonging. Early in his role at NMG, Geoffroy oversaw the management of MyTheresa, doubling its revenues which led to its successful initial public offering. In 2020, he led the company through a successful restructuring and debt-reduction plan, enabling investments in the company’s digitally-enabled future.

Geoffroy has built a career driving performance improvements and digital growth platforms at several prominent luxury brands in Europe and the United States and is deeply passionate about the art and beauty of luxury fashion. Prior to NMG, Geoffroy served in leadership roles at Ralph Lauren and Louis Vuitton and was Chief Executive Officer of St. John Knits. Earlier in his career, he advised consumer and brand-driven companies at The Boston Consulting Group in the New York, Chicago, Paris, and Brussels offices and served in senior roles of increasing responsibility at L Brands.

A native of Brussels, Geoffroy graduated summa cum laude from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium with a master’s in business and sciences. He later obtained an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1998.

Darcy Penick

President, Bergdorf Goodman

Darcy Penick was appointed President of Bergdorf Goodman in June 2018 and leads BG.com and its two flagship stores on New York’s 5th Avenue. Over the course of her two-decade career, she has held a variety of strategic and executive-level positions in buying, planning, marketing, digital innovation, and customer engagement. Darcy started her retail career with NMG, before moving to Saks and then Shopbop. At Shopbop, Darcy rose through increasingly senior roles and became Chief Executive Officer in 2016. There, she helped the company become a leading name in ecommerce fashion and amplify customer engagement.

Lana Todorovich

President and Chief Merchandising Officer, Neiman Marcus 

Lana Todorovich was appointed President and Chief Merchandising Officer of NMG in September 2019 and manages an over $3.5 billion luxury business with focus on driving growth through differentiated omni luxury experience, brand partnerships, curated fashion and lifestyle assortments, and leadership in key categories across both digital and brick-and-mortar stores. Lana is a global transformational executive, recognized for her track record in performance and innovation, evolving organizational culture, and expertise in leading large-scale businesses. Prior to NMG, she was the President of North America Wholesale at Ralph Lauren and also served as president of Global Brands Group. Previously, she worked for Warnaco (now PVH Corp.) managing Calvin Klein.

David Goubert

President and Chief Customer Officer, Neiman Marcus

David Goubert was appointed President & Chief Customer Officer of NMG in June 2020 and is responsible for creating personalized, seamless, and magical experiences for the Neiman Marcus customer. David has created a cohesive partnership between NMG’s in-store and online teams to build long-term customer relationship based on convenience and innovation. Before joining NMG, David spent 20 years at LVMH, where, after 15 years with Louis Vuitton, he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Luxury Cruises Retail and Asia at Starboard Cruise Services. David is also a Board Member of Fashionphile, a resale platform where customers can buy and sell luxury designer used handbags, accessories, and jewelry, both online and in several brick-and-mortar locations.

Brandy Richardson

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Brandy Richardson was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NMG in March 2020 and oversees its finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, treasury, tax, internal audit, investor relations, real estate, and spend management. Brandy is an accomplished transformational executive with over 20 years of experience in finance and extensive expertise in strategic transactions, management of financial and capital resources, process improvement, and technical accounting. She led the company through its Chapter 11 cases and successfully completed the restructuring of over $5.5 billion of funded indebtedness in under five months. She was also instrumental in the refinancing of NMG’s exit debt facilities in March 2021. Prior to re-joining NMG in 2018 from Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation, Brandy was with NMG for 13 years, serving in various roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Vice President and Controller.

Bob Kupbens

Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Technology Officer

Bob Kupbens was appointed Chief Product and Technology Officer of NMG in February 2021 and leads the development and implementation of industry-leading customer experiences across digital and in-store channels. He is also responsible for acceleration of NMG’s advanced analytics capabilities, creating platforms to deepen and utilize customer insight. Bob has deep expertise in customer-centric strategies and digital technologies. Prior to joining NMG, he served as President of Innovation and New Business at ADT, where he oversaw product development and innovation, as well as the company’s emerging DIY and health businesses. He has a strong track record of elevating customer experiences at Apple, eBay and Delta Air Lines, where he held multiple senior roles overseeing eCommerce, digital products, marketing, and technology.  

Eric Severson

Chief People and Belonging Officer

Eric Severson was appointed Chief People and Belonging Officer at NMG in September 2019 and oversees enterprise people strategy, people operations, corporate communications, and environmental, social and governance (ESG). During his career, Eric has excelled in creating systems to manage talent and organizational performance, including the largest implementation of the Results Only Work Environment in retail; the first publication of gender pay statistics by a Fortune 500 corporation and the establishment of Belonging as a next-generation Diversity/Equity/Inclusion capability. Prior to NMG, Eric was Chief People Officer at DaVita Inc. and Co-CHRO at Gap Inc. He also spent part of his career at Macy’s. For nearly 20 years, Eric has served as a director on the boards of various organizations, including HR People + Strategy; Society for Human Resource Management Executive Council; The Felton Institute; La Napoule Art Foundation Advisory Board; and the IM Human Advisory Board.

Willis Weirich

Executive Vice President, Group Operations & Chief Supply Chain Officer

Willis Weirich joined NMG in 2016 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Group Operations and Chief Supply Chain Officer of Neiman Marcus Group. Willis leads NMG’s, supply chain and global logistics, enterprise applications, loss prevention, customer care, facilities and engineering, and photo studio operations. He is responsible for transforming NMG’s core operating capability to support its growth as the luxury destination of choice for customers. He has been instrumental in expanding the scope and efficiency of NMG’s global logistics operation, while enhancing the service proposition within the NMG portfolio. Prior to joining NMG, Willis directed both international logistics and domestic transportation across multiple distribution networks at Target Corporation. Before Target, Willis worked at Airgas, inc. 

Hannah Kim

Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer

Hannah Kim is Chief Legal Officer for Neiman Marcus Group. Prior to joining NMG in July 2021, she served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Energizer Holdings, where she oversaw all worldwide legal affairs across functions, including government affairs and corporate compliance and ethics. Previous to that role, Hannah served as Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Energizer. Hannah was formerly Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Bank of America from May 2016 to June 2018. She also served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary for the Lowe’s Companies, Inc. from October 2008 to May 2016. She began her career as an attorney at Alston & Bird LLP and Parker Poe Adams and Bernstein LLP. Hannah holds a law degree and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Natalie Lockhart

Senior Vice President, Strategy & Execution 

Natalie Lockhart was appointed SVP, Strategy & Execution of NMG in September 2021, overseeing transformation management and growth execution for the Group. Natalie is a dynamic leader with expertise in transforming cultures, developing insight-driven strategies, and driving results.   

Natalie’s roots run deep at NMG, where she started her career in the Executive Development Program, advancing through a variety of roles in merchandising. She went on to hold various financial, strategic and operational leadership positions at JCPenney, serving most recently in Vice President roles across the Home and Beauty businesses. Natalie received her undergraduate degree at Tulane University, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Southern Methodist University.
