Our supplier diversity practice gives diverse-owned businesses of all sizes an equitable opportunity to reach their goals, while enabling NMG to Revolutionize Luxury Experiences. Through relationships with diverse suppliers, we can offer a broader assortment of products while strengthening the economic health of the communities we serve.
To qualify as diverse-owned, a business must be owned by a US citizen or US resident; be a for-profit enterprise headquartered in the US or its trust territories; and be at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by one or more of the following diversity classifications:

The Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation, believes that when we empower our next generation, cultivate a culture of Belonging, and invest in a sustainable future, the world will be a better place. To support NMG’s supplier diversity efforts and help more diverse owned fashion brands pursue certification, The Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation has partnered with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) to create the NMSDC x NMG Certification Reimbursement Initiative.
“The creation of this new grant program is intended to promote readiness and accelerate the success of diverse-owned brands in the retail industry by offsetting the cost of certification for minority business enterprises engaged in our supplier diversity efforts.
