Stefanie Tsen Ward serves as Chief Integrated Retail and Customer Officer, Neiman Marcus (NM). In this role, Stefanie is responsible for activating the extraordinary across the brand's 36 stores, online, and remote selling, to bring the brand vision and experience to life. She accelerates the company's integrated retail strategy, enabling 3,500+ selling associates to offer the unparalleled customer service the brand is known for across all platforms. 

In July 2023, Stefanie was promoted to her new role as Chief Integrated Retail Officer, the first position of its kind at the luxury retailer. This position unifies the brand’s Digital, Store, and Remote Selling teams to reflect Neiman’s unique customer-centric approach. Her leadership unlocks new ways to drive customer lifetime value and deepen customer relationships through a collective experience across the integrated model.  

She has meaningfully innovated the customer experience throughout her tenure at Neiman Marcus, which began in 2018 following successful omni-channel leadership positions including Louis Vuitton and Sephora. Her demonstrated ability to consistently achieve top and bottom-line results will continue to accelerate NMG's growth strategy to Revolutionize Luxury Experiences. 

Stefanie is a graduate of Columbia University (B.A) and Harvard University (M.B.A). She lives in Dallas with her husband and children.
